100 Mile Bakery

We are a bakery located in Springfield, baking and selling out of the Sprout! food hub located at 418 A. St. We use all locally sourced ingedients, with the exceptions of leavening and salt. Over half of our ingredients come to us directly from the farmers! The majority of our flours and produce are grown using organic practices. Hours of operation are Mon-Thur 8-2. Fri 8-7.
